We offer FDA-approved weight loss medications that are prescribed based on individual needs. Our medical team will discuss options during your consultation to determine the best fit for you.

Who are the medical professionals behind AZ Elite Medical Care?

AZ Elite Medical Care is run by a dedicated husband-and-wife team. Eddie, a Nurse Practitioner, and Liz, a Registered Nurse, both have years of experience in medical care and are passionate about helping you succeed in your weight loss journey.

How do I get started with AZ Elite Medical Care?

Getting started is simple! You can book your consultation through our website. We’ll guide you through the next steps to kickstart your journey.

What can I expect during my first consultation?

Prior to your consultation, you’ll be sent an intake form. Please be sure you have this filled out up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your first consultation will include a detailed discussion of your health history, weight loss goals, and any previous challenges. Our medical team will then create a customized plan tailored to your needs.

What kind of support can I expect after joining?

We provide continuous support through regular check-ins, access to our online community, and resources to help you stay motivated and on track with your weight loss journey. We want you to know you are not doing this alone! We are here to support you!

How do I receive my medication?

Medication will be ordered once you have your initial consultation with our provider. You will receive a text message from the pharmacy stating that they received your prescription and that it will take 5-7 days to complete the Rx and be ready to ship. There will be a link in another text message with tracking information once shipped.

Is shipping included in the price of my monthly membership?

Shipping is included for medications in the price of monthly membership. If you are purchasing merchandise, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you are wanting to cancel your membership, you can cancel it by giving us 30-days notice in writing Clientservices@azelitemedicalcare.com.
